Camouflaged with layers of snow,
Her body lay stiff and cold. Caught in a blizzard, her heartbeat fainter grow.
Numbness took over her senses bold.
No more blood to brain could flow
She muttered softly with dim glow
But couldn’t move her toe
His tone ever deep and mellow
As if he knew her heart’s woe
Scooped her body from below
His palms digging like a hoe
Revive her heart beating low
His lips ravishing her pale hue
