Setting Sun

Shining above, making everything bright and warm

How quickly did it vanish from sight all calm

A profound expression, a soothing balm

Sky spread with beauty of ruby charm

Pouring over waves to such splendor transform

They seem to shimmer with glory in its palm

Thus lost in serenity of Nature without qualm

My inward thoughts not afraid of any harm

Aligned with this aspect of immense beauty

All others appear insignificant in essence

Moments past it’s disappearance in entirety

Stoned to that sight, spellbound of its eminence

So often my thoughts wonder over enormity

Of His creations in proportion to our tiny existence .
