Romancing Rain

To hear sweet symphony of rain,
It seems to absorb all pain.
Yearning for so long,
Nature could no further prolong.
A distant roar,
From neighbors next door.
Gathering to celebrate,
My heart ever desperate.
To view first kiss of raindrops,
Rushing out in flip flops.
And catch a few within my fingers,
Scent of rain over soil still lingers.
My heart clings,
Taking swings
Skidding little water ponds.
While dancing to sweet sounds,
Of rain and rumbling clouds.
Nature unveiled from gloomy shrouds.
As it keeps pouring,
Towards supreme thus spirits soaring.
