Collecting jasmines from garden everyday,
Her fingers picking each piece with care.
As though plucking strings such notes she play,
Whose effect did hearts flare.
With beauteous blend of harmony,
Portrayal of perfection rare..
Then one after another in a strand she lay,
Those less perfect did she spare,
Adorning at her nape to display,
Delicate garland for others stare.
But then quickly shying away,
Tossed it aside what she prepare.
A lingering scent within her nails did stay,
Reminiscent throughout of activity gay.
